In honor of the late, great Darryl Woolfolk—an icon in the drumming world and a beloved member of our community—Drummers United International is proud to present the Legendary Darryl Woolfolk Scholarship. This $500 scholarship will be awarded in 2026 to one deserving student who embodies purpose, passion, and potential. It's more than financial support—it's a tribute to a legacy of rhythm, resilience, and reaching higher.

To apply, students are invited to submit a 400 to 500 word essay detailing their purpose in life and how this $500 scholarship could assist them in their college journey. Our team will carefully review all submissions and select a winner who truly exemplifies the spirit of Darryl Woolfolk’s enduring influence.
